Q) What is the delivery time?
A) Items are normally sent within 10 work days after the order. Delivery time vary depending on distance.

Canada - A few days
United States - 1-2 weeks
Europe and elsewhere - 2-6 weeks

Please note that it is possible to get fast (within a few days) and trackable delivery through UPS. Please contact us for shipping rates to your location.

Q) I am located in another country, can I buy your items?
A) If your country does not forbid the items you want to purchase, then it is possible. We have many clients from the US and Europe that buy on our website daily. We have sent our products throughout the world.

Q) I would like to pay through another way then the internet. Is that possible?
A) You could use Western Union, or call us to pay by phone with your credit card. In Canada, there is also "mandat poste".

Q) What is the price in Euros?
A) The best way to know this is to use a money converter tool (like this) to verify the current rate. You can calculate it yourself before paying with paypal and the conversion is automatic. Contact us if you need any help in doing this.

Q) Why are the prices listed in US dollars in the shopping cart?
A) Just to make it simpler with the paypal account that mainly works in US dollars for transactions. We are currenly looking in incorporating a multi-currency system in a near future.

Q) I would like to be sure to get my items on a particular date, what can I do?
A) If you are in Canada or the US, the canadian postal service does offer trackable solution with guaranteed delivery dates. For important orders, we higly recommande UPS. For orders outside of Canada/US, UPS is the only trackable and guaranteed delivery time solution we use.

Q) I do not understand your ring sizes. How can I find out about my exact ring size?

Q) What is your shipping policy?
A) We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods shipped using the standard methods with no tracking. For a more secure shipping method that includes tracking please contact us before ordering online. Please note that there might be some additionnal fees when using shipping with tracking.

Q) What is your return policy?
A) There is an exchange only policy on all our products. If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you can send it back within 30 days at your expense, and we will send you an equivalent amount of desired items at our expense. The product that is returned must, obviously, be in good condition.
